As of Friday, 13 March 2020 at 2 pm AST, Baseball PEI is suspending all sanctioned activities until at least 6 April 2020

After this point, Baseball PEI will make a decision on a weekly basis to as whether or not permit sanctioned activities for the following week (a decision whether or not to permit Baseball PEI-sanctioned activities for the week of 6-10 April will be made by Friday, 3 April, before 2 pm AST). Please note this is subject to change based on recommendations/directives from the Public Health Office of Prince Edward Island.

Sanctioned activities include I.D. camps/events for 2020 Baseball PEI Provincial teams, 13U Regional Camps, 16U Girls Offseason Camps, meetings and any other Baseball PEI activity.

With the spread and impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), it is advisable for all individuals to practise social distancing and all take all preventative measures to avoid the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The reality is that this is not possible at Baseball PEI camps and activities.

This decision was not taken lightly. However, the health of all players, coaches and personnel involved with Baseball PEI is of the utmost importance.

Baseball PEI wishes to thank everybody for their patience and understanding during this difficult and unprecedented time.
